Course Description This is an advanced image data analysis course aimed at graduate and advanced undergraduate students who are interested in learning Python and its application in large-scale microscopy data analysis.  During the course, we will aim for practical understanding of the fundamentals of Python programming and microscopy datasets. The main focus will be on the practical understanding of various frameworks and their application for commonly used image analysis tasks.
