Course Description Comprehensive review of various engineering disciplines in the process of real estate land development. Engineering disciplines covered include civil, infrastructure, transportation planning, environmental planning, permitting, environmental remediation, geotechnical, and waterfront/marine. Overview of land use and environmental law, architecture and urban planning, as related to land development. Discussion of how these subjects affect decisions—cost, schedule, programming—involved in real estate development.
