Course Description Corequisites: ELEN E6761 Overview of mobile and wireless networking. Fundamental concepts in mobile wireless systems: propagation and fading, cellular systems, channel assignment, power control, handoff. Examples of second-generation circuits-switched systems and standards. Quantitative homework assignments may require use of a mathematical software package.
