Course Description

Applied Analytics focuses on practical skills that make a Data Analyst autonomous and effective in a modern business organization. From querying and transforming data with SQL, to defining and visualizing metrics, to measuring impact of products and processes via experiments, we will go over tools and techniques that are needed to convert raw data into usable insights for business decisions and subsequent statistical analysis. By the end of the course, students will be able to apply these techniques to real-world datasets, and they will have the necessary knowledge to continue learning about other topics in Analytics and Statistics and fully leverage them in greater autonomy.
