Course Description So, you’ve built a product, acquired early customers, and think you’ve reached product/market fit. Now what? This course is all about the part of the product life cycle that happens after you launch an MVP and after you get an initial set of happy and engaged customers. Specifically, it focuses on the methodical discipline called “growth hacking” that combines product management, product marketing, and data analytics to grow, engage, and retain a customer base and, in turn, revenue. The objective of this course is to give you a valuable “growth toolbox” to draw from that will set you up for success as you practice the art of growth in your post-MBA career, whether it be as entrepreneur, product manager, marketer, engineer, or executive, for any type or stage company that is growth-focused.
