Carbon nanotubes, nanocrystals, quantum dots, size dependent properties, self-assembly, nanostructured materials. Devices and applications, nanofabrication. Molecular engineering, bionanotechnology. Imaging and manipulating at the atomic scale. Nanotechnology in society and industry. Offered in alternate years.
