Sites include hospital based clinics, ambulatory centers, private offices, emergency rooms, walk-in clinics and acute/critical care units, labor and delivery suites in the hospital facilities and settings which provide hospice care, supportive care, home care, nursing home care, rehabilitative care, technologically dependent care and assisted living services.
