| Course Description | This course provides a comprehensive introduction to the structural basis of benchmarking. Using a public sector-based case study with “hands-on” group activities, as well as various other examples given by the instructors, this course will teach students the benchmarking process along with the different tools and techniques to be used in implementation. |
