Buddhist apologetics: miracle tales; biographies of monks, nuns, and lay devotees; poems and novels with Buddhist themes; "precious volumnes"; Tunhuang documents; monastic rules, ritual and meditation manuals; writings of modern Buddhist masters and scholars. |
