An introduction to the management of organizational behavior.

• Emphasis on developing systematic approaches to understanding how behavior occurs at the individual, group and organizational levels of analysis.
• Concepts of planning, control and organizational design in a national and international context.
• Behavior science methods, theories, human resource management, leadership and approaches as tools for both the diagnosis of organizational problems and the planning of managerial action.

The exam is appropriate for anyone who has either three undergraduate courses in management or one graduate course in management within the last five years.

To take the exemption exam, you must have a minimum of at least two undergraduate courses in management within the last five years.

The exam must be taken prior to the second term.
