CARING at Columbia is a independent, tax exempt, Nont-for-Profit component of the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. It utilizes facilities and human resources within the Psychiatry Department but its community outreach and educational agenda are funded solely by individual, foundation, and corporate support.
