| Submissions The Columbia Business Law Review
publishes three times a year during the fall, winter and spring. However, the
editors of the Review consider submissions throughout the entire year
and do not reject articles for lack of space.
The Review requests that authors comply with all of the following submission
requirements:
- Please submit two double-spaced hard copies of your manuscript and please also forward
an electronic copy of your manuscript by e-mail to: cblr@law.columbia.edu.
- Manuscript citations must conform to the most recent edition of The Bluebook: A
Uniform System of Citation.
- Please include detailed information (including your e-mail address) in your cover
letter.
- Please mail all manuscripts to:

Expedited Review
If you have an offer from another journal and are interested in an expedited review,
please contact us immediately by telephone at (212) 854-1605 and send an e-mail to: cblr@law.columbia.edu. Please include in
your message: 1) your name, 2) phone number, 3) title of your manuscript, 4) the name of
the journal extending you the offer, 5) the date the offer expires, and 6) the e-mail
address or phone number of a contact person at the offering journal.
If CBLR extends an offer of publication as the result of an expedited review,
the author has only 24 hours from actual notification to accept the offer.
