Congratulations to Ferenc Kontes, 4th-year grad student in Professor Scott Snyder's research group, on receiving a 2009-2010 Fellowship Award from Bristol-Meyers Squibb Corporation. Ferenc is one of just five students chosen out of a select pool of 40 nominees from 20 schools. The awardees were selected based on their academic and research accomplishments and the review committee's evaluation of their potential for significant future achievements. Included in the award are $30K towards Ferenc's education and research and $5K to be used by Professor Snyder for equipment and supplies to support the research.
