• Determine which key you need from a lab member. Each department key has a letter-number or number designation. (e.g. A-1, 1-4, W-6, X-9, 4-7)
• Come to 154 Chandler to pick up a Key Authorization Form or print one from the web.
• Fill out the form and determine how much of a deposit to leave with the Business Office in 330 Havemeyer Hall.
• Hand a check for the required deposit and the completed form to a Business Office staff member for their signature.
• Returned signed Key Authorization Form to 154 Chandler and receive your keys.
