While the center is mainly for the use of chemistry department members, corporate users and the Columbia University community users are welcome. NMR time is charged on a per-hour basis. Columbia University researchers are charged the same rate as Chemistry Department members. Corporate users are charged a rate that avoids competing unfairly with commercial providers.
Corporate Users: The NMR staff can perform routine analysis as well as more sophisticated techniques for structural determinations. Expert spectral interpretation and analysis is also available. Please contact the facility manager for more details.
