Michelle Vosper

Michelle Vosper is the Asian Cultural Council Representative in Hong Kong, where she has lived for seventeen years. The Asian Cultural Council is an American cultural exchange organization which awards fellowships to Asian arts specialists for advanced training, research and creative work in the United States. A smaller number of grants are made to Americans conducting similar work in Asia.

From 1983 to 1985, Ms. Vosper did publicity for the Hong Kong Arts Festival and from 1979 to 1982 she worked with Chou Wen-chung at The Center for U.S.-China Arts Exchange. She has traveled widely throughout China and Asia for more than twenty years.
