Akashi Kaikyo Bridge, the
world's longest suspension bridge, does not connect the two major
Japanese islands directly. It links Honshu to Awaji Island, and there
is another bridge, the Onaruto Bridge, that links Awaji Island to
Shikoku.

Landing at Kansai
International Airport can be more interesting as we can see the view of
the Osaka-Kobe and surrounding areas. Landing at Narita International
Airport (not new Tokyo, although the name of the Airport is Narita-New
Tokyo International Airport) gives us a different view - green rice
field if it is in the summer.
