are published semi-annually, usually in January and June. The volume
number of the 2006-07 issues is 32. For information on obtaining back

Domestic (U.S. & Puerto Rico) Subscriptions: $35/year.
Foreign Subscriptions: $48/year.
All subscriptions are renewed
automatically unless cancellation is requested in writing. Subscribers
will receive an invoice once per year.
*All prices include shipping;
however, a $2 service fee is added to all orders made through PayPal.

Back Issues
The Journal attempts to keep
copies of its last three Volumes at its office, although we cannot
guarantee availability. Contact us with inquiries. Price for delivery
is $25 domestic, $31 outside U.S., per issue.
