Description:
The Columbia University Ballroom and Latin Dance Club was created in 1998 in order to represent Columbia University in collegiate and amateur Ballroom and Latin dance competitions. The Club offers weekly classes with renowned professional dance instructors in International Standard and Latin, as well as Social dancing classes. Whether you are an experienced dancer looking for a competitive club or a beginner wanting to learn the waltz or rumba, the Columbia University Ballroom Dance Club is for you! The club offers a casual atmosphere with the opportunity to experience both the social and competitive aspects of ballroom dance. No partner, previous dance experience, or special footwear required.
