Description:
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art that emphasizes grappling and groundfighting. It makes use of Judo throws, chokes, and jointlocks, as well as wrestling takedowns and techniques. It's a lot of fun, great exercise, useful for self-defense, and it's an awesome way to challenge yourself and learn new things! Our club is dedicated to preserving a safe and friendly atmosphere. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are all that's required to train with us! Beginners and women welcome.
