The IBM 360 Model 50 computer in the Columbia University Computer Center machine room in 1967; its console is on the left. Pictured in the foreground are Joe Sulsona (who retired as shift supervisor in 2001) and John Alvarez. The 360/50 was a rented placeholder for the 360/91, which was installed in 1969.
