David Yeung

David Yeung is the founder and Chairman of WorkWise, a New York-based
consulting and training company that specializes in teaching working
professionals and university students job-hunting and work-related
skills. People who attended WorkWise career workshops include current
or former employees of AT&T, McGraw-Hill, Morgan Stanley, Merck, and
PwC, as well as students from Barnard, Brown, Columbia, NYU, RPI, and
Rutgers. Prior to founding WorkWise, Mr. Yeung was a co-founder of
Entransit, an Internet software firm, where he pioneered the concept of
Actionable Messaging Technology, built a 20-person organization, and led
the venture capital funding efforts. Prior to Entransit, Mr. Yeung was a
management consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Yeung received his
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Management Systems with a
minor in Economics from Columbia University.
In addition to building his own startup company WorkWise, Mr. Yeung is
also an Area Governor of Toastmasters International, a non-profit
organization dedicated to improving the public speaking skills of its
members. The McGraw-Hill Companies, Morgan Stanley, The New York Times,
and Reuters are among the corporate clubs that are under Mr. Yeung's
management and mentorship.
James Hahn

James started his Wall Street investment banking career in 1985 as a Vice
President at PaineWebber and as a Senior Vice President at Prudential Securities.
James managed a global equity hedge fund from 1993 until 1995. He worked in
Hong Kong from 1996-1999 as a Vice President at Merrill Lynch, and at UBS AG.
During that time, James was active in arranging private equity investment transactions
in Korea, Thailand and Greater China. James, as a Founder and Partner of Alpine
Venture Associates, LLC, has extensive experience in global venture investments,
with a focus on wireless applications and Internet infrastructure technology.
He is an active member of New York's Silicon Alley venture community. James
is a founding investor of Broadway National Bank of New York, a commercial bank
located in the heart of Silicon Alley. James graduated from the Wharton School
of the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics
and Entrepreneurial Management.
Venetia Kontogouris

Prior to joining Trident Capital, Venetia was President of Enterprise Associates,
LLC, the venture capital division of IMS Health. Earlier, she was Senior Vice
President, Venture Development, with Cognizant Corporation. She represented
Cognizant in the Information Partners Capital Fund formed by Dun & Bradstreet
and Bain Capital which focused on the information industry and leveraged buyouts.
Venetia has held executive positions in new product development and marketing
at D&B. She also held sales management positions for AT&T and IBM. An
entrepreneur herself, Venetia launched her own start-up company in the telecommunications
industry in 1981.
Venetia serves on the Board of Directors of Avesta Technologies, Berkeley Enterprise
Partners, Inc., Cognizant Technology Solutions (CTSH), Aptegrity, Inc., eCredit.com,
Inc., Event Zero, Questra Corporation, Saleshound.com, Inc., T.R.A.D.E., Inc.,
Vality Technology Inc. and Viant (VIAN).
She earned a BA from Northeastern University and an MBA from the University
of Chicago.
