Courtney Chin, President and Webmaster

Courtney is currently a senior in Columbia College majoring in English and Political Science. She distracts herself from the thought of graduation by reading (Nabokov, Pollan, food labels) and baking sweets, and updating the CoreFoods website. Ariella Krones, Master of Space and Green Refrigerator Library

Ariella is currently a senior at Barnard. She would like to become a doctor at some point in the future. She enjoys reading and cooking (hence the food and the library jobs). She also likes all things green: trees, clothing, ginger beer bottles. Favorite CoreFoods Product: all of the lovely, organic chocolate bars

Stephanie Jurburg, Manager of Operations

Stephanie is a sophomore at Columbia College. She is an Ecology, Evolution, and Environmental Biology major and a full-time devotee to all things susainable. In her free time, you wil find her listening to music. Favorite CoreFoods Product: Julie's Blackberry Sorbet Bars

Gelseigh Karl-Cannon, Treasurer

Gelseigh is a junior majoring in Environmental Science. She is a lifelong vegetarian who lives to cook, bake, and, of course, eat. If she's not in the kitchen (a rare occurence), she's probably reading or enjoying the beautiful outdoors (or doing both at once!). Favorite CoreFoods Product: Stonyfield Frozen Yogurt

Rachel Shannon-Solomon, Publicity Coordinator

Rachel is a sophomore at Columbia College. An Art History major, she hopes to curate at a museum someday. She is a former member of food cooperatives in both Park Slope, Brooklyn and Oberlin, Ohio. Favorite CoreFoods Product: Mango Darjeeling Tea

Maureen Stimola, Events Coordinator

Maureen is a sophomore interested in Environmental Science, Archaeology, and Film Studies. She is a native Vermonter and loves snowboarding, skiing, hiking, building bonfires, and pretty much anything that will take her outdoors. She also enjoys making films and fantastic vegan cupcakes.
