The University is beginning a new testing period on January 4, 2021. If you plan to return to campus, even if you have had access to the campus based on a test prior to that date, you must have a new test between January 4 and January 25, or you will lose access to campus beginning on January 26 until you are tested. |

• Testing is available by appointment only; walk-ins will not be accepted.
• Schedule an appointment through Columbia Health. Scheduling opens on December 23.

Tests performed at any other location will NOT fulfill the campus testing requirement. |
The Columbia COVID-19 Testing Program is available only to Columbia faculty, staff, and students. There is no cost to you for this testing.
