New COVID-19 Retesting Program

The University is beginning a new testing period on January 4, 2021. If you plan to return to campus, even if you have had access to the campus based on a test prior to that date, you must have a new test between January 4 and January 25, or you will lose access to campus beginning on January 26 until you are tested.

TO ARRANGE A TEST APPOINTMENT:

• Testing is available by appointment only; walk-ins will not be accepted.
Schedule an appointment through Columbia Health. Scheduling opens on December 23.

TESTING LOCATIONS:

• Morningside Campus: Roone Arledge Auditorium at Alfred Lerner Hall, 2920 Broadway (W. 115th Street and Broadway)
• Columbia University Irving Medical Center: Schaefer Awards Gallery, William Black Building, 650 W. 168th Street, 1st Floor
ColumbiaDoctors Midtown, 51 W. 51st Street, 2nd Floor*
Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory (Geoscience Building)*
ColumbiaDoctors Tarrytown, 155 White Plains Road, West Building, 1st Floor*

* Available on select days and times

Tests performed at any other location will NOT fulfill the campus testing requirement.

The Columbia COVID-19 Testing Program is available only to Columbia faculty, staff, and students. There is no cost to you for this testing.

Ongoing surveillance testing will also be provided weekly during the Spring term to a random sample of those accessing campus, who will receive an email notice about a repeat test.
