11 November 00 - With outstanding performances on both squads, the men and women finished 4th and 5th today at the Northeast Regional Championships. 27 October 00 - The Men and Women both placed 3rd at HEPS 2000! As a result, Columbia is the best overall team in the Ivy League. Steve Sundell and Lauren Hickin were the top lions finishing 5th and 6th respectively. Steve and Caitlin are also the top freshmen in the Ivy League. 17 October 00 - "Where are we ranked?" "Did we get any votes?" Yes, you heard correctly: the women's team got four votes in the most recent national ranking which places them about 28th nationally. prenationals: things are looking good!
14 October 00 - We've been told we're too young, that we should train through the year. The men beat both Dartmouth and Cornell. The women showed they can compete nationally by finishing 18th overall (beating Princton and Dartmouth)! I think we'll continue with the season after all. Read about it

14 October 00 - JV lions competed against a good field at the Lafayette College Invite. Craig Lefort and Vanessa Yonan were the team leaders. Read about it

Mets: Women gold and Men silver
6 October 00 - In the most exciting Mets competition in this webmaster's memory, the women swept spots 2-8. The Men ran well also but were unable to beat the Kenyans from FDU. You can find results men and women. Even though you may think your webmaster is slacking, I assure you I have a ton of photos et al. on the way (just have to finish my homework!).
