LACROSSE
This class is an introduction to the fundamentals of lacrosse using "McWhippet"
sticks and balls. Approximately one-third of each class is devoted to skill enhancement,
and the remaining time is devoted to controlled small games and scrimmaging. Skills
covered during class include cradling, passing, catching, shooting, and basic
defensive and attacking concepts. Those interested in participating in the class
should wear cross-training athletic footwear. There is a $10 fee for protective
eyeguards.
