SELF-PACED RUNNING
This course is designed for the intermediate/advanced runner with a good mileage base who is looking for a detailed training schedule geared toward racing in Central Park at any distance from 5000m up to a marathon.

The class will help you increase your endurance, provide you with a variety of running workouts, and introduce you to potential running partners.

Although the course meets only once during the week, students should be prepared to run on his/her own a minimum of 3-5 days per week on a regular basis (minimum 10 miles per week).

There is a $25 fee for the course which will be used toward a running watch. The fee will be waived if you already own a running watch.
