The Current is happy to introduce a new section dedicated to travel writing. “Far–Flung” will be a travelogue drawing on students’ adventures in across the world. The destinations may be exotic, or accessible by commuter rail. The rule is, anywhere but here.

Far–Flung will complement The Current’s other creative sections: “Boroughing,” which relates writers’ experiences within city boundaries, and “The End of the World.”
