About

The 3rd Annual Women's Business Leadership Conference is organized by the Columbia Women's Business Society (CWBS), one of the largest undergraduate student groups at Columbia University. The goal of this conference is to help young women explore the careers that best suit their skills and interests, while also inspiring them to use their professional talents to make a positive difference in the world.  In each of the past two years, approximately 200-150 female undergraduate student leaders at Columbia have attended the conference. Through keynote speeches, career panels, and networking opportunities, conference attendees have had the unique opportunity to interact with and learn from some of the most inspiring businesswomen in the corporate world. This year's theme of "Making It In Manhattan" celebrates the oppotunities of succeeding in New York City and beyond.
