The 5th Annual Women's Business Leadership Conference ("Winning with Women") is organized by the Columbia Women's Business Society (CWBS), the largest pre-professional group at Columbia University. The conference aims to connect undergraduate students to successful women in a variety of business fields, and to inspire them to achieve their own professional goals in the future.

In each of the past four years, approximately two hundred female undergraduate student leaders at Columbia have attended the conference. This year, the conference will be available to women from other top universities, expanding the event to three hundred attendees. Through two keynote addresses, career panels, and networking opportunities, conference attendees have the unique opportunity to interact with and learn from some of the most inspiring businesswomen in the corporate world.
