Through leadership, Delta Gamma members are able to develop individually while advancing the organization as a whole.  DGs are leaders both within the chapter, through directorships and Vice President positions, but also on campus, through clubs, sports and other activities.  Each DG is involved in some way on our campus and at Columbia’s 2010 Greek Awards, Zeta Theta received an award for Achievement in Campus Involvement for having more than 60% of our members involved in an on-campus activity outside of Greek Life.

Delta Gamma membership is also a vital networking tool. Our members are granted the privilege of reaching outside our chapter to Delta Gamma’s vast alumnae network to gain access to internships, find a new career connection, or simply to ask for advice.
