Overview

Students can anonymously report an incident of sexual assault by filing an Anonymous Report Form. No action will be taken. This information is used purely for statistical purposes.

Columbia University personnel have a responsibility to report incidents of sexual assault. Columbia University faculty and administrative staff should report an incident by filing the Clery Report Form. Columbia University faculty and administrative staff are asked to complete the Clery Report Form when knowledge of sexual offenses have been brought to your attention.
