Events & Online Scheduling: Fees

(Effective December 1, 2010)

THE DODGE, SCHIFF, WILLIAM, POSTCRYPT, STUDY, GUASTAVINO, AND CHAMBER ROOMS
Category I and II: no charge except for Special Event
Category III: $110.00 per hour, or any portion thereof
Category IV: $132.00 per hour, or any portion thereof

THE CHOIR ROOM
Category I and II: no charge except for Special Event
Category III: $165.00 per hour, or any portion thereof
Category IV: $253.00 per hour, or any portion thereof

THE EARL HALL AUDITORIUM
Category I and II: no charge except for Special Event
Category III: $250.00 per hour; two-hour minimum
Category IV: $350.00 per hour; two-hour minimum

ST. PAUL'S CHAPEL NAVE
Monday-Friday (10:00am-5:00pm)
Category I-IV: $500.00 per hour; two-hour minimum
Saturday-Sunday
Category I-IV: $750.00 per hour; two-hour minimum

WEDDINGS
Two hours in St. Paul's Chapel Nave

Saturday-Sunday		$1,500.00 (50% non-refundable payment plus $500 security deposit)
Monday-Friday		$1,000.00 (50% non-refundable payment plus $500 security deposit)

 

Four time slots are available for Saturday weddings:

10:00 a.m. - 12.00 p.m.		12:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.		5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

One time slot is available for Sunday weddings:
1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

WEDDING REHEARSALS
One hour in St. Paul's Chapel Nave

Monday-Thursday		$175 (50% non-refundable payment plus $250 security deposit)
Friday evening		$300 (50% non-refundable payment plus $250 security deposit)

 

No food, beverages, moving of the piano or peace altar, rearrangement of the chairs, taping of decorations, runners, or throwing any objects is allowed in the Nave.

If more than 75 guests are anticipated at an event, an additional sexton and security fee will be assessed.
