Events & Online Scheduling: Policies & Procedures

The University Chaplain, Jewelnel Davis, has developed a nondiscriminatory space usage policy, effective May 1, 1997, that will maintain appropriate space for religious, intellectual, and philanthropic events at the University.

The policy identifies three categories of groups or individuals whose activities have differeing priorities for space usage. The highest priority goes to Earl Hall Affiliates. Second priority goes to University afficiliates, and third priority goes to non-University group and individuals.

Except for "Special Events." fees differ for each category. If you have any questions about which cetagory your event may fall into, please call our office at (212) 854-1487.

All events in the Nave other than worship services or Music at St. Paul's events must get special approval from the Office of the University Chaplain.
