EARL HALL AND ST. PAUL'S CHAPEL ROOMS
AVAILABLE FOR PARTIES AND SMALL RECEPTIONS
Earl Hall and St. Paul's Chapel offer various rooms for special events and memorable occasions. A refundable security deposit of $250.00 is required to secure the rental of any space on this page. This security deposit is separate from the rental fee, and cannot be applied to the fee. Deposits will be returned 4 - 6 weeks after the event, subject to the conditions detailed in the rental contract. Please Note: There is no kitchen in Earl Hall or St. Paul's Chapel. Catered events must arrange for their own food preparation. Clean-up fees may apply.
EARL HALL: THE DODGE ROOM
Capacity: 40 standing. 30 seated.
Includes: 8 tables (3 ft. x 5 ft.), 30 chairs, air conditioning.
Description: The Dodge Room is 25'x17' with 14' ceilings and windows on three walls. The small tables make this room ideal for intimate affairs, such as bridal showers, baby showers, or christenings. Great view of Broadway and Barnard College front gates.

EARL HALL: THE SCHIFF ROOM
Capacity: 40 standing. 20 seated.
Includes: 1 conference table (3 ft. x 10 ft.), 20 chairs
Description: The Schiff Room is primarily used for meetings and classes. The room is 22' x 17' with 14' ceilings. The furnishings include a large table, chairs, a black board, and air conditioning.
EARL HALL: THE AUDITORIUM
Capacity: 300 standing. 200 seated.
Includes: 8 -10 tables (3 ft. x 5 ft.), a sink, 200 chairs
Description: The auditorium is primarily used for lectures, worship
services, workshops, and meetings. There is no air conditioning or kitchen.
ST. PAUL'S CHAPEL: THE CHOIR ROOM
Capacity: 70 standing. 50 seated
Description:
The Choir Room is located directly under the chapel nave. Stained glass windows, fine wood cabinets, and arched ceilings of red brick are its distinctive features. This room is suited for intimate receptions.
ST. PAUL'S CHAPEL: THE GUASTAVINO ROOM
Capacity: 60 standing. 40 seated
Description: The Gaustuvino Room is located next to the Choir Room on the lower level of St. Paul's Chapel. The walls and ceilings are white, and the carpet is red. There are no windows in this room. The room serves as a space for intimate receptions and gatherings.
