STUDENT PUBLICATIONS / AWARDS


The faculty have chosen a winner for the Miron Cristo-Loveanu Prize. In memory of Miron Cristo-Loveanu (graduate student in English, 1941-42), the faculty awards a $250 prize for the best Master's Essay in the Department.
 
The 2009 winner is Lindsay Van Tine, for her essay, “A History of Moral Epidemics”: Robert Montgomery Bird’s Calavar and the Quixotic History of US Imperialism.
