The Columbia Journal of European Law (CJEL) welcomes the submission of unsolicited articles, essays, comments, book reviews, and legislative developments on current topics in European Union Law. CJEL also welcomes contributions exploring any dimension of European Law, including those at the national and regional levels, as well as those relevant to broader questions on the development of law and legal institutions in Europe. Comparative law contributions are also welcomed. Any submission to CJEL must be unpublished. CJEL asks that authors include a CV and short abstract along with their submission. Submissions with footnotes that conform to the most recent edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation are appreciated but not required. As we receive a high volume of submissions throughout the year, we typically only respond to those submissions to which we intend to make offers of publication. Notwithstanding this, general inquiries regarding the Journal and requests for expedited review are always honoured and actioned. |
