WELCOME to the 2007-2008 version of FACETS--Facts About Columbia Essential To Students! Our latest edition contains valuable information to help you navigate the University experience, from the basics--such as departmental contact names and numbers, bus schedules, and library hours--to the extras--like locating music practice rooms, finding child care near campus, or joining a student group. FACETS also includes a lot of information to help you feel safe and secure in New York City, including phone numbers for free security escorts home at night, the clinician-on-call 24 hours a day in Health Services, and other resources in case of emergency.
