By Subway
Take the 1 or 9 train to the 116th Street stop (refer to subway map), and enter campus through the main gates at 116th and Broadway. Follow Campus Walk and cross Amsterdam Avenue. Enter the gate on the north side of 116th Street between Amsterdam Avenue and Morningside Drive. Walk to the back of the plaza and turn right. The Faculty House is located at the end of the walkway on your right hand side.
By Bus
Four bus lines (M4, M11, M5, and M104) serve the Columbia/Morningside Heights area (refer to bus map).
By Car
From South:
Exit the Henry Hudson Parkway at 96th Street and proceed east, crossing Broadway, and turn left (north) at the next light, Amsterdam Avenue. Proceed north on Amsterdam for 20 blocks to the campus. Street parking is often difficult, but not impossible, on Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue (metered), on Morningside Drive, and on side streets. The closest garage is on 114th Street between Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue (close to Amsterdam) on the south side of the street. For further options, refer to parking information.
From North:
Exit the Henry Hudson Parkway at 125th Street and proceed east, crossing Broadway, and turn right (south) at the next light, Amsterdam Avenue. Proceed south on Amsterdam for nine blocks to the campus. Street parking is often difficult, but not impossible, on Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue (metered), on Morningside Drive, and on side streets.
