* Main open space for exhibitions, expose and congress. Permanent space for computer aided research center (CD-ROM, encyclopedia, internent) (Mix use indoor/outdoor) Bus platforms level
*In order to clear the area of the bus platforms level, new positions for the buses arrivals and departure platforms as well as public waiting area will be distributed along the west edge of this level and the level below on Fort Washington Ave. Ramps/street area
* Transformation of concourse level with new circulations, (horizontal and vertical), travel services, ticket booths, food courts, telecomunications/retail services, and maintenance. Concourse Level
* Library/bookstore, Music lab/records store, coffee shop, projection halls/movie theaters, wide open access circulation to both sides (Broadway and subway at Fort Washington St.), with double heights and interior gardening, information booths and clear space for banners and billboards. (profitable publicity space) Access Level
* Glass Terrace on the roof-A new light structure of glass will be implemented on the roof level, proposing there a research lab center for the Columbia-Presbyterian Hospital, a didactic children center and a panoramic view bar. Roof Level
* Car access ramps, parking, mix-use tower, above the existing parking building. Tentative proposal. Parking building
