Program/Intention


Mix use tower, Outdoor cafe, Pubs and stores for night recreations, Artists and performers strip By establishing the direct vertical connection between Morningside Dr. and Central Harlem creates a bridge both in visual and real perception. Programs here try to create an attraction which set back in the Morningsdie Heights and use it as a chance of the beginning in university expandsion. Spatial solution for the section here intends to create spaces which can be acessed and crossed easily.
