JOINT PH.D. PROGRAM IN OPERATIONS RESEARCH

A program leading to the Ph.D. degree in operations research is administered by the Interdepartmental Committee on Operations Research. Faculty and courses are drawn from the Decision, Risk, and Operations Division of the Business School, the Department of Industrial Engineering and Operations Research of The Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science, and the Department of Statistics of the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. The program of study emphasizes both theory and applications. Relevant courses offered in all three divisions listed above are included in a typical program.
