The Health Service Fee is
for services and programs provided directly by Health and Related
Services. It is separate from the charge
for Student Health (Medical) Insurance and is mandatory for all full-time
students (including students who are registered for full-time Matriculation and
Fees); students living in University housing; and part-time students who have
elected to enroll in Columbia’s
Student Medical Insurance Plan. Part-time
students who do not elect to enroll in Columbia’s
Student Medical Insurance Plan may choose to enroll in Health Services only. See
