Ph.D. students in the 31 Arts and Sciences programs who have completed one full year of study are eligible to take courses outside of Columbia through the Exchange Scholar Program or the Inter-University Doctoral Consortium (IUDC). Free-standing M.A. students and non-Arts and Sciences students are not eligible for these programs through the Exchange Scholars Program or the IUDC.
