charges such as tuition and fees, room and board, and board plans are due and
payable in full by the date announced before the beginning of each term. The
full amount of any charge may be paid when due, or payment may be made in
installments. If partial payments are made, a finance charge is assessed on
amounts not paid by the due date on the initial bill (received prior to
registration) and thereafter as indicated on subsequent student account
statements. In either event, however, the student is required to sign a Retail
Installment Credit Agreement that sets forth the full terms and conditions of
payment. All charges must be paid by the end of the term.
