Loans and Workstudy

Students who anticipate a need to supplement their financial resources through federal and private loans and federal work-study must carefully review the Student Financial Services website concerning Graduate Financial Aid.

All GSAS students applying for federal and/or private loans, or work-study must complete the “Application for Loans and/or Federal Work-Study" and sumit it to the GSAS Office of Financial Aid.

Students must maintain satisfactory academic progress in order to remain eligible for federal and/or private loans, work-study and GSAS fellowships.  Continuing students must ensure that their Application for Loans and/or Federal Works-Study has been signed by the Chair of their department as it concerns satisfactory academic progress.  Further information regarding satisfactory academic progress can be found here.
