The 100 m.i.l.e. Club interactive online tool allows users to log in with their user name and password and access an exercise dashboard. The dashboard allows users to schedule exercise up to two weeks in advance and log completed minutes exercised. The program provides participants with motivation and incentives to exercise throughout the year. The program was originally established in the early 1990s, and then redesigned in 2005 to incorporate important elements of health behavior theory and to enhance usability.
