The 100 m.i.l.e. (Minutes I Logged Exercising) Club is an exercise motivation program that offers the University community an opportunity to learn about, design, and track personal fitness activities using an online, interactive tool. Participants set individual exercise goals and record progress on their personalized exercise journal. The 100 m.i.l.e. club is open to all Columbia students, faculty, staff, and alumni. Progress is measured according to the number of minutes a user spends exercising. The goal is to spend at least 100 minutes per week doing physical activity.
