In certain special circumstances, patients may be referred to the Columbia Dental Associates location at 622 West 168^th Street, 8^th Floor. 

Hours: By appointment only, Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm.
For emergencies Mon–Fri, patients should call to make an appointment for the same day.
On weekends, patients with a dental emergency should go to the nearest emergency room. 

This optional plan provides preventative dental care with a $5 copay per visit. The annual premium is $251 per student or $913 for the student and family plan. You must select a primary care dentist to receive services. Enrollment is done through the Aetna Student Health website.
