Columbia University Health Services

The combined immunization for Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR) is given for no charge at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene clinics listed below. The waiting time at any of the clinics is usually one to two hours and may be longer during busy periods.

The clinic will document the immunization on an Immunization Record Card. A copy of this record should be attached to the Columbia University MMR Form and provided to the Immunization Records Office.
